DOG: courage “Fortitudo” The “Fortitudo” talisman represents courage and spirit. It’s the perfect symbol to hold onto when times are overwhelming. There seems to be a calm reassurance of the courage we possess when considering the symbol of the dog. It says that we are capable, we are strong, we can. The protea on the reverse side of the medallion is a lovely reminder of our ability to bloom despite hardship. Always.
RABBIT: luck “Fortuna” It’s a lovely feeling knowing that wherever you may go, wishes of luck and good fortune accompany you. An embossed rabbit on the Fortuna talisman evokes feelings of good will and fortuity, whilst the magnificent protea blooms on the reverse. Both signify the promise of good, something we need to be reminded of often.
PANGOLIN: protection “Praesidium” Oftentimes the threat of being hurt is what prevents us from doing what we desire. The Praesidium talisman provides one with the comfort of protection so that we are enabled to be brave. Our hearts and minds are protected, allowing us to be fearless. The armoured pangolin is complemented by the protea, which in itself, is a symbol of resilience, as it too protects its seeds in its very heart.
CAT: balance "Statera" A balance-imbued medallion serves two purposes: it reminds us of the delicate balance we are part of, as well as provides us with something to hold on to when we feel like we are collapsing. “Stratera” is embodied by a cat, that lithe and graceful creature which always lands on its feet, despite circumstance. The notion of balance is complemented by a protea on the reverse side of the medallion symbolising our ability to thrive despite hardship.
