the process

Book a design consultation, either online or in store.
You are welcome to pop into our store any time for a cup of coffee and a chat or complete the entire process over email and WhatsApp.
The design consultation will include discussing your style preferences, gemstone or diamond choices, metal options and preferred budget. This process provides us with important information to guide and advise you every step of the way.

We compose the perfect design with your specifications
We will present this to you in either professional sketch format or a photo realistic render. This allows you to see the proposed idea and make further changes if required. We can also provide a 3D printed model to assist with a sense of scale and proportion.
Designs will be accompanied by quotations for your approval.

The process of production
Once you are happy and excited to go-ahead, production generally takes around 2-3 weeks. We request a 50% deposit to start the process of production and sourcing stones.
Manufacturing will happen in our on-site workshop and we will keep you updated throughout the process.
We are proud to have an expert team of CAD designers and Goldsmiths with many years of experience. The Goldsmiths and designers work together closely to ensure the final item exactly as envisioned.

Certification & packaging your bespoke piece
We offer valuation certificates and luxury packaging with our items. Our jewellery is made with love in Cape Town and can be shipped anywhere in the world for your convenience.
Final payment is only required once you are satisfied with the finished product. If you are not local to Cape Town, photos and videos of the final item can be sent to you for peace of mind.
