Uwe Koetter was established in 1968 as a manufacturing jeweller and still operates today as such.

 

Product & Pricing

General

While every effort has been made to ensure that the information and prices displayed on the website are accurate and true, it is possible that errors may occur whether due to data entry or system errors. Uwe Koetter reserves the right to correct any and/or all errors should they occur and will not honour inaccurate or erroneous prices. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Errors and omissions are specifically excluded.

Diamond Search

Continued use of the diamond search functionality will be accepted as your implicit agreement to this section. We make every effort to present an up to date and error free database. However, much of this is outside of our control and the responsibility of third parties. Diamonds listed are only those guaranteed to be available at the time of the last database synchronisation, which runs every four hours. You accept that these diamonds trade on a worldwide platform by our network of partners and that we cannot guarantee the availability of any of these diamonds.

Value Added Tax

Prices quoted are inclusive of Value Added Tax at 15%. Exports to foreign countries attract 0% Value Added Tax and the system will automatically calculate the correct prices during checkout.

Delivery Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 24 hours and delivery confirmed by way of email and/or telephone.

Returns & Refund Policy

The provision of goods and services Uwe Koetter is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Uwe Koetter will refund the client in full within 3 business days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 3% administration fee.

Payment options Accepted

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer to bank account, the details of which will be provided at checkout or on request.

Merchant outlet Country and Transaction Currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
