Birthstone jewellery is a timeless way to anchor a piece to a specific moment in time. For a baby born in January, for example, we recently created a half eternity ring set with garnets, the birthstone for that month. 

The ring can be worn on its own or stacked with the mother’s existing bands. Over the years, additional birthstones can even be added to represent siblings, creating a living record of the family on her hand.

Name bracelets with gemstone charms

Name bracelets are a tender way to keep a child close. These pieces can be designed either for the mother or, in time, for the child to wear themselves. We often incorporate a birthstone or favourite gemstone charm alongside the name, adding a soft glint of colour and meaning to the bracelet. 

Delicate and comfortable enough for everyday wear, they become part of her daily ritual – a small reminder whenever her wrist catches the light.

Engraved name pendants

For those who prefer a minimal aesthetic, an engraved disk or pendant is an elegant option. A child’s name and birth date can be engraved on a simple gold disk that rests close to the heart. 

Over time, additional disks can be added for siblings, creating a cluster of names and dates that jingle softly against one another. Each disk holds a moment, yet together they tell the story of an entire family.

Ceramic initial pendants

One of our most recent commissions was a pendant featuring the baby’s initial cast against a pearly ceramic background. It was created as a gift for the mother and felt both modern and sentimental. 

This piece inspired us to design a small collection of ceramic pendants that can be customised depending on what feels unique and personal to the mother. They can select from a variety of ceramic backgrounds, from matte to glittery or pearly finishes, in soft and vibrant colours. The result is a pendant that feels as unique as the child it represents.

Tiny baby feet and symbolic imagery

As part of this series, we have been working on our own designs for push gifts. Two of the first designs feature tiny baby feet cast against soft blue or soft pink matte ceramic backgrounds. However, we have a wide variety of colours to work with for the parents who want to move away from the traditional colour palette.
